Welcome to Mundo Connect ("Mundo Connect", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using our website, mobile experience and related services (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Who can use Mundo Connect
You must be at least 18 years old to use Mundo Connect. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement, that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and that you are not barred from using the Service under the laws of your country.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the activity that happens on your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for the accuracy of the information you provide. You agree to provide truthful profile information and not to impersonate anyone.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the photos, videos, reels, posts, messages and voice notes you upload ("Your Content"). By uploading Your Content you grant Mundo Connect a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt and display it for the purpose of operating, providing and improving the Service.
You must have all rights necessary to share Your Content. Do not upload anything illegal, that infringes someone else's rights, or that violates our Community Guidelines.
4. Acceptable use
- No harassment, hate speech, threats or discrimination of any kind.
- No sexual content involving minors, no non-consensual intimate imagery.
- No spam, scams, solicitation or commercial promotion without our written consent.
- No attempts to break, reverse engineer or abuse the Service or its infrastructure.
- No collecting other users' information without their consent.
5. Matching, messaging and calls
Mundo Connect provides tools for users to discover, match, message and video/voice call each other. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, match or relationship. Interactions with other users are at your own risk; please use good judgement and report anyone who makes you feel unsafe.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or if your behaviour puts other users or the Service at risk. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mundo Connect disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mundo Connect, its officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
